Hello, my name is Ecaterina Duma

I am a photographer based in Île-de-France, available in Paris and worldwide.

I began photographing in 2016, driven by a simple need: to hold onto the beauty I was seeing. Over time, photography became more personal when I started working with my own camera in 2023. I am drawn to what is often overlooked—quiet moments, subtle presence, scenes that feel lived in rather than arranged. I look for presence over pose, for moments worth returning to.

In post-production, I focus on preserving that feeling, using moody tones and a soft, film-inspired approach to create images that feel calm, nostalgic and grounded.

I adapt quickly to new environments, work with focus and care, and balance professionalism with a light sense of humor. You can expect sincerity, attention, and commitment—always.

When I’m not photographing or editing, I’m drawn to vintage imagery, old films, and slow moments offline.
